Sonalymax is a Sole Proprietorship business engaged in the online sale of clothing and fashion apparel across India.
At Sonalymax, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver products that meet high standards of quality and reliability. However, if a customer receives a product that is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, we provide a limited return facility subject to the terms mentioned below.
Customers may initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
- Contain all accessories received with the product
All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Sonalymax. Requests that do not meet the eligibility conditions may be rejected at our sole discretion.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear products
- Washed or used garments
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
- Damaged items caused by misuse or improper handling
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by Sonalymax, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase, subject to the processing time of the respective payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise specified
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI Transfer
- Store Credit
as determined by Sonalymax.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges are available only if:
- The product delivered is defective
- The product is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and the product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Sonalymax may:
- Provide an alternative product of similar value, or
- Process a refund as applicable
Customers are advised to use a reliable and trackable courier service while returning products.
General Conditions
All return, refund, or exchange requests must be initiated by contacting our support team with proper order details and supporting evidence such as images of damaged or defective products.
Sonalymax reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any request after evaluation.
The company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
Sonalymax reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically before making a purchase.
